Prior to this, Portia founded Professional Resources Solutions to address diverse resourcing needs and led the Payroll & HR Outsourcing Services division, which has a 40-year history in managed payroll, HR administration, and expatriate services. As Director of Client Services for a decade, she implemented a consultative advisory approach that distinguished her team in a competitive industry.
Portia started her career in audit, M&A, Forensic Accounting and has transformed into a highly accomplished HR professional. She has worked with a diverse portfolio of prestigious clients, including local and international companies, and her experience spans various sectors such as finance, retail, pharmaceuticals, and manufacturing.
